If we are required to go across the Benicia-Martinez bridge your minimum rental needs to be $400. 

If we are required to go over the Altamont Pass your minimum rental rate is $500

If we are required to go across any bay bridges (Bay Bridge, San Mateo/Hayward bridge, Dumbarton bridge, Richmond Bridge) your minimum rental is $750

Yes, we are working with local cities to bring some awesome fun family days that involve every single bounce house we have. 

No, We only service homes, private events, corporate events, birthday parties and a few other places.

All rentals will have some type of delivery fee. (Unless within 5 miles of our location) It will depend on the amount of units and the length of rental. Delivery is based out of Pittsburg

We will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee if any of the following items are used in the bounce houses: silly string, glitter, confetti, gender reveal powder, nerf darts, orbeez, any type of paint, balloons/water balloons, use of water when the bounce house is supposed to be dry (rain is a different story), any super small items that cant be picked up by hand and require a vacuum. 

Yes, we go through extensive measures to keep our bounce houses and all rental items clean. We clean after each event AND on-site before your event! If you have any cleaning concerns please let us know. 

Unfortunately, no. Our employees are required to clean every piece of equipment, even if you clean it before we pick up. You will save money if you follow our policy of the “cleaning fee”. The cleaning fee is only charged if those items are used. Basic cleaning is no addition. 

The sooner the better. We would not want you to have your eye on something and you wait to long and it gets booked.

We need about 48-72 hours before your party. Anything after that will inquire a $100 late fee. (Pending availability) 

Each and every event is different so each price will be different. You can check your delivery fee and request a quote from us and we will get you all the answers. The more you rent the cheaper it will be! 

16mph+ we will NOT operate any inflatable over 16 feet tall. 

20+mph we will NOT operate ANY inflatable. 

If your party is canceled due to weather (rain/wind) we will reschedule you at no charge. Your deposit is non-refundable. 

If the winds exceed our limits we will request that you deflate the inflatable and you will receive a credit to a future event. 

During some holidays when we are super busy there is a fee to rent near those holidays. Those holidays and fees are:

New Years Day: $100

Easter Weekend: $50

Memorial Day Weekend: $25

4th of July (if on a weekday then the closer weekend as well, if Wednesday then both weekends): $75

Labor Day Weekend: $25

Thanksgiving (day before and weekend after): $50

Christmas (Day before and after): $150

New Years Eve: $100

For all credit card payments there is a 3% fee. If you pay by check or cash there is no fee. If paying by check you must pay full balance 1 week in advance. All checks need to be payable to WE Events.
