My daughter wanted a beach party and I came across Bay Area Fun and Games. Tyler from Bay Area Fun and Games responded to my preferences and request immediately. He told me how many inches the slide needed to be, how they could troubleshoot it if it doesn’t fit and since the weather did not suit our needs for a water slide, he transformed our presence to a fun ball pit for the kids! A week before the party they followed up with us, and then Tyler can promptly to my house for set up and also for clean up. The palm tree slide was a huge hit and the kids couldn’t get enough of it! What Went Well?….EVERYTHING!! Tyler was helpful from the 1st text to wrapping up the inflatable at the end of the party. Our yard is narrow and we wanted the obstacle course but, we were not sure if it would fit and Tyler gave us the exact measurement for the inflatable. He was in constant contact with all of questions and uncertainty. In the end he came and delivered this ginormous inflatable and the party was a success. Tyler was promt and professional we will absolutely recommend his business to anyone having a party.
The kids had the best time and we will definitely be using Bay Area Fun and Games for all of our future parties! Tyler set up the jumper and had an issue with the blower but he handled it professionally and with poise! We were up and running with plenty of time before our event! And then a seamless pick up!
